Warm Butternut Squash and Chickpea Salad
Although I’m not sure what the original Casa Moro recipe includes, this adaptation of an adaptation of a Moorish dish can be made miles better by:
Actually adding the allspice;
Skipping the onion;
Adding olive oil and lemon juice in a ratio of 1:2;
Skipping the water (the chickpeas will have some water on them);
Adding enough tahini to make the dressing a nice warm colour, but not so...
